We are a Pet Friendly House in Flinders on the Mornington Peninsula
We love animals
Your Pets Are Welcome Here (properly welcome), not "tolerated with a $200 fee and a list of restrictions" welcome. Actually welcome.
Nantucket Cottage is a home that loves animals — there are koalas in the trees, rabbits in the garden, and colourful birds off the balcony. Your dog will fit right in.
What Your Pet Gets
A whole cottage to themselves (and you, of course). Four bedrooms, a big balcony, and a secluded property at the end of a quiet no-through road — no busy streets, no noisy neighbours, just open space and fresh Peninsula air.
Their own secret beach path. A hidden track leads directly from the property down to the surf beach. Fetch has never had a better setting.
Wildlife watching from the balcony. Koalas, rabbits, and native birds are regular visitors. Your dog will have opinions about all of them.
Room to roam. The property sits on a generous block surrounded by nature — mornings here feel like the whole place belongs to you.
Offleash beach all year round. Flinders Beach is an offleash beach all year around. Another reason to bring your furry companion.
One Thing to Know
The yard is not fully fenced, so if your dog is an adventurer, we'd suggest keeping a lead handy for outdoor time. The surrounding area is quiet and rural, but we want to make sure your furry friend stays safe and close.
Bring the Whole Family
Pack their bed, their bowls, their favourite toy. We don't have pet-specific supplies on site, so bring everything they need to feel at home — and then let them settle in while you open a bottle from one of the Mornington Peninsula wineries just minutes away. Or take an easy stroll to Flinders main street for lunch or a coffee.
