What Does a Stay at Nantucket Cottage Cost?

Nantucket Cottage is priced per night with a single cleaning and linen fee per booking. All linen, towels, WiFi, parking, BBQ, and Nespresso are included β€” there are no hidden extras. Pets are welcome at no additional charge.

  • Off-peak: 2-night minimum

Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • More than 14 days before arrival: Full refund

  • 7–14 days before arrival: 50% refund

  • Less than 7 days before arrival: No refund

For bookings made through Booking.com, the cancellation policy displayed at the time of booking applies.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the cleaning fee per night or per booking?
The $550 cleaning and linen fee is a one-off charge per booking, regardless of the number of nights. It covers full preparation of the property and all fresh linen and towels for every guest.

Are pets included in the rate?
Yes β€” your pets stay for free. We ask that you bring their bed, bowls, and any supplies they need, as we don't have pet equipment on site. Please note the yard is not fully fenced, so a lead is recommended for dogs who like to wander.

Is there a discount for longer stays?
Yes. We offer discounts for stays of 7 nights or more. Contact Eugenia directly at ew@parador.com.au or 0403 300 642 to discuss availability and pricing.

What does off-peak, shoulder, and peak mean?
Off-peak covers the quieter winter months (May–August, excluding school holidays). Shoulder covers the beautiful autumn and spring months (March, April, September, October). Peak covers summer, school holidays, Christmas, Easter, and long weekends when demand is highest.

Can I check in early or check out late?
Standard check-in is 3pm and check-out is 10am. Early check-in or late checkout may be available depending on adjacent bookings β€” contact us in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate.
